Shipping and Handling
Orders received prior to 12pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Any order received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Palm Place customer service will contact you within 24 hours if the item is sold out or on back order. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Saturday delivery can be arranged with special circumstances. For more information, please call (412)683-5530.
For international shipping, Hawaii and Alaska, please contact one of the stores for information.
Please Note: Orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days, following credit card authorization. UPS Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Express Shipping
$18.00 - UPS 2nd Day Air
$28.00 - Federal Express Overnight
Please note: We require 2 phone numbers if possible for all overnight shipments in case there is a problem with your order. We reserve the right to increase the cost for shipments over 5 lbs. You will be contacted with the additional shipping charges if this applies.

Your Credit card will not be charged until you order is processed and ready for shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to accept returns within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise. After the 7th day, you may receive a store credit. No returns after 14 days.
All tags must be intact, merchandise must not have been worn, include the itemized receipt and credit card number, as it does not appear on the receipt.
We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped.

- Please follow these instructions when returning/exchanging an item.
- Please include name, address, phone number, type of credit card and credit card number.
- Please list the items(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice or separate sheet of paper and note the reason.
- Please indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or issue a merchandise credit. If you would like an exchange, let us know what you want by noting it on the invoice or a separate sheet of paper.
- If you want exchanges sent to a different address, please note this as well.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include all of the return/exchange information.
